Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most items are printed to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, and shipping transit is typically 3–5 business days in the U.S. and 7–25 business days internationally. Full timelines are in our Shipping Policy.

Can I track my order?

Yes — you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 7 business days of placing your order, email support@humanbygod.com.

Can I return my order?

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are always eligible for replacement or full refund — at your choice. Email support@humanbygod.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Stocked, non-personalized items can also be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with tags. Custom-printed and made-to-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but the defect/damage/error coverage above always applies. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

What sizes do you offer?

Most apparel is offered in sizes S through 3XL. Specific sizing for each product appears on the product page along with measurements. See our Size Guide for fit help.
