Shipping at a Glance

• Most items are printed to order — production takes 2–5 business days before shipment.
• U.S. standard transit: 3–5 business days after shipment.
• International transit: 7–25 business days depending on destination.
• Tracking emailed as soon as your order leaves our facility.
• Shipping cost shown at checkout; international duties/taxes are buyer's responsibility.

Returns at a Glance

• Defective, damaged, or wrong-item orders: always eligible for replacement or full refund. Email support@humanbygod.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
• Stocked, non-personalized items: may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with tags. Customer pays return shipping; refund issued to original payment method.
• Custom-printed and made-to-order items: not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Defect/damage/error coverage above still applies.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@humanbygod.com with your order number, the item(s), the reason, and photos if applicable.
2. We respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue your refund within 5–7 business days.
