Shipping Policy

Human By God ships from production and fulfillment partners in the United States. Because most of our apparel is printed to order, total delivery time has two components: production time and transit time.

1. Production Time

Custom-printed orders are produced and ready to ship within 2–5 business days of order placement. Production days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Stocked items ship within 1–2 business days.

2. Transit Time (After Shipment)

Total estimated delivery = production time + transit time.

3. Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service. Promotional free shipping, when offered, applies to standard service in the contiguous U.S. only unless otherwise stated.

U.S. standard shipping starts at $5.99.
Expedited and international rates are displayed at checkout before payment.
Duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by Human By God at checkout unless explicitly noted.

4. Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our production partner. If you do not receive tracking within 7 business days of placing your order, contact support@humanbygod.com.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address may require additional shipping fees to re-send.

6. Lost or Stuck Packages

If tracking has not updated in 7+ business days (domestic) or 14+ business days (international), email support@humanbygod.com with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation and, where appropriate, reship or refund.

7. International Customers — Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not able to mark international shipments as "gift" or under-declare value.
